When I think about my Creative Writing class, I feel really thankful. Ma’am Mhea  Laurence Nierre is our teacher, and she’s amazing. She loves writing and books, and she makes us love them too. Every class with her is like going on a trip into stories and poems.   Ma’am Mhea  teaches us that writing is about sharing what we think and feel. She helps us find our own way of writing. When we write stories or poems, she tells us what’s good and what we can make better.   In her class, it feels safe and fun to share our writing. We all feel okay to try new things and we know it’s alright if we make mistakes. It’s a place where we can be creative and learn a lot.   I’ve changed a lot because of this class. I’m more sure of myself when I write and I like to try new ideas. I’ve learned about words and how to see things from other people’s views. Ma’am Mhea has taught us about being kind to others and working hard.   Now the class is almost over, and I see how much ...

SHORT STORY

Doctor’s Path: Friendship, Goals, and Determination” Me, as a  high school student with a heart of gold and dreams as bright as the morning sun, was admired for her warmth and ambition. Her desire to become a doctor was evident to all who knew her.   In school, Me found encouragement from classmates who appreciated her dedication to medicine. Their supportive words fueled her determination, propelling her towards her goal with even greater resolve.   Despite experiencing heartache when her feelings for a classmate went unreciprocated, Me  remained steadfast. With the unwavering support of her tight-knit group of friends, she persevered, refusing to let disappointment overshadow her dreams.   Together, Me and My friends shared countless cherished moments—burning the midnight oil studying, sharing hearty laughs, and offering unwavering support through life’s trials.   When the time arrived for the medical school entrance exam, Me  felt a mix of excitemen...

POEM

A moment of honor   In the hall where echoes rise, I stood with hope in my eyes. Names were called, one by one, Until they said mine, and I had won. I stood proudly with a gold medal on my neck, a paper in hand, A moment so grand, so wonderfully planned. Friends and Family cheered loud, my heart felt proud, My smile shone bright, like the sun through a cloud This memory dear, I’ll keep it near, A day of joy, without any fear. For in that moment, my spirit did soar, An honor at school, who could ask for more?
